That Flower Feeling is introducing two new interns to the Social Media and Communications team, as well as welcoming a returning intern.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Fallbrook, CA — June 3, 2024 — That Flower Feeling is thrilled to announce the addition of two talented interns and the return of a valued team member to their social media and communications team.
These two new interns, Lauren Schoener and Prince Shyllon, will bring a fresh perspective and a passion for digital marketing to the team. With their expertise in social media management and content creation, they are poised to make a significant impact on That Flower Feeling’s online presence.
In addition to the new interns, the company is delighted to welcome back Edward Mendez, who previously interned with That Flower Feeling. Having already gained valuable experience and knowledge of the brand, Edward will undoubtedly contribute to the team’s success.
Meet the Team

Edward Mendez – Returning Intern
Edward Mendez, a first-round intern continuing through the summer semester, is entering his final year at Messiah University, majoring in marketing and pursuing a certification in social media and digital media. Born in Guatemala and fluent in Spanish, Edward values his cultural heritage and aims to leverage it to help That Flower Feeling grow as they expand into broader markets.

Lauren Schoener – New Intern
Lauren Schoener, a rising senior at Virginia Tech majoring in advertising, hails from Ashburn, VA, just thirty minutes from Washington, DC. She has been running her own photography business since she picked up her first camera nearly ten years ago, which ignited her passion for digital media and marketing. Lauren is excited to join the That Flower Feeling team, where she looks forward to honing her skills and building meaningful industry connections.

Prince Shyllon – New Intern
Prince Shyllon, a rising junior from Silver Spring, MD, currently studies business and economics at Skidmore College, where he also plays on the men’s basketball team. He brings valuable experience from successfully running two businesses since high school, focusing on digital marketing to promote products and services. Excited to join That Flower Feeling, Prince looks forward to connecting with fellow interns, board members, and floral companies.
